Google is working on the future generation of Pixel phones in the background, but so far it hasn't provided any authoritative details on the upcoming technology. Google normally performs a really terrible job of keeping things secret, though. Even though many details have already been revealed, the phones won't be revealed for some time (perhaps in October).

Price:

Again, no information has leaked up to this time, but we don't expect any surprises given that the base price of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 was $405 and $485, while the price of the Pixel 6 Genius and Pixel 7 Expert was $350 and $500 at launch. The pricing strategy for the 8-series should remain the same given that the vanilla model still lacks the majority of the Pro's features (which accounts for the $300 price difference).
