Samsung declared its most recent smartwatch operating system - One UI 5 Watch and it acquires enhancements three principal regions - rest following, action following and client security.

One UI 5 Watch brings Rest Experiences UI which consents a rest score for every night's rest with explicit measurements on rest stages, blood oxygen levels and wheezing hours. Sleep Coaching, which will assist users in developing healthier sleeping patterns, will now be directly available on the Galaxy Watches. SmartThings-compatible One UI 5 Watch devices will also seamlessly integrate with One UI 5 Watch devices to assist in turning off connected devices when the watch detects that you are asleep.

Sleep Insights and Sleep Coacing on One UI 5 Watch

A customized interval training program, personalized heart rate zones for running, and real-time running analysis are among the new fitness tracking features included in the latest update. Additionally, there will be five workout intensities available on one UI 5 Watch device: warm-up, fat burn, cardio, hard training, and maximum effort. Users of the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will be able to use the expanded Route Workout setting for running and walking and search and access GPX Files through Samsung Health.

The One UI 5 Watch also includes a new SOS feature that allows users to directly contact emergency services to share information about their location and access to their medical records. For users over the age of 55, fall detection will be turned on by default.
