Samsung free service in Nairobi this weekend

Samsung Electronics East Africa will this weekend host a free service and technical assistance camp in Nairobi for users of the Samsung mobile range of products.

The three-day free service camp that kicked off on Friday outside Hazina Trade Centre (Nakumatt Lifestyle), will feature free inspection and servicing of Samsung phones and special discounts on spare parts and accessories.

Samsung Electronics East Africa Chief Operating Officer Robert Ngeru explained that the free camp is part of the firm’s commitment to provide convenient after sales service to Samsung customers.

The camp, he added will also act as a platform to train Samsung hand held device holders on product usage particularly on new generation applications.

“The free service camp is open to all owners of Samsung mobile phones, tablets as well as cameras. During this camp you have the chance to find out if there is a new upgrade to make your device function even better or to do a spot check and get absolutely free expert advice on any problem that your device may have,” he pointed out.
